If I could give them LESS than 1 I would. i have taken my F250 to them many times and they did OK, But the last time was the WORST experience I have ever had, EVER, I took it in because of an oil leak from a striped drain plug. Should be easy. They call me to say the leak was because my oil filter had come loose. but the drain plug was also striped. OK...and the turbo pedestal was starting to leak, OK, I told them to go ahead and fix it. After a couple of weeks I call to check on the progress. They say they ordered the wrong part and are waiting for the correct part. OK. When i go in to pick it up, I find that they have also decided that I needed coolant. Without my authorization, they charged me $32 and put the jug in my truck. They only use a cup of coolant! Then I see that they charged me $21 for expedited shipping after THEY ordered the wrong part. Now I am trying to do an oil and filter change and, after 2/12 hours I am unable to get the oil filter off and I had to use a pry bar to get the drain plug out! If you want someone to sabotage your equipment, make unauthorized charges AND charge you for their errors, Grizzly Diesel is the place to go.

It took them over a month to fix our truck and after we left their location, truck engine light still came on again. We went back for them to check it, after fixing it again, we drove few miles and the engine light came back on. We ended up at another mechanic shop.

I called ahead to get a quote on installing a new injector in an 04 6.0 powerstroke. I was quoted 445 just to r&r the injector I was supplying. As it was negative temps outside and I didn't want to do it in the cold, I paid them to do it. Book called for 4.5 hours I believe but it could have been less. 4 days later when my truck was finally done, I went to pick it up and they handed me a bill for 950. When I asked them where the other 500 came from they gave me the run around and blew so much smoke up my ass I was choking on it. They tried to tell me the book doesn't cover everything, which it does. All the way down to fluid fills. They talked to me like I had no clue what I was talking about about and I've been working on vehicles for over 2 decades. This place is a joke. I could have bought a set of 50 over injectors for about the same price and installed them. Instead I got 1 injector installed, I supplied the part and they still charged me over 900 dollars. If they were the only shop in town and I couldn't work on my own stuff, I'd pay a random tweeker to do the work before I paid grizzly again. 🗑️

It’s hard to find shops that know their stuff about mechanical Cat motors. This one does, and I’d trust them to work on any of my vehicles, including my B model Cat. They were great. The crew is very welcoming, they have a ton of parts on hand, and they do awesome work.

The guys are very professional and exclaimed everything real well. I like that they called when they found something that needed fixed. Our motor home was a large investment and it's nice to know these guys can get the job done. Thank you gentlemen. Sam
